The project titled “Cross-border Tourism Support through 3D Virtual Technologies” is being implemented in partnership with the Creative Center FabLab of Alexander Dubček University of Trenčín and AMBIS University a.s. in Brno. As part of this partnership, we carry out activities to support tourist destinations by creating 3D virtual tours and 360° drone flyover videos.
We organize presentation events and workshops on the possibilities of using 3D virtual technologies and Gaming to support destination management and increase visitor numbers for tourism entities.
The project budget is 62,426 EUR, with 49,941 EUR financed by the European Regional Development Fund, 7,491 EUR co-financed from the state budget of the Slovak Republic, and 4,994 EUR as self-financing from TnUAD.
The Interreg SK–CZ program is a cross-border grant program of the European Union that supports the development of border regions between Slovakia and the Czech Republic. Its goal is to strengthen partnerships between institutions, municipalities, and organizations that contribute to sustainable development, innovation, education, and the protection of cultural and natural heritage.
